CCC - The Commonwealth Century Club Award

Hi all,
Please find attached the award definition for the CCC - The Commonwealth Century Club award. If you're still using Log4OM < v1.18 manually copy the attached xml file (it should be named award_CCC.xml) into the <user>/AppData/Roaming/LogOM/awards folder and restart Log4OM.
Starting with version 1.18.0 Log4OM will update all awards automatically, there is no need to copy the awards file to a specific folder. We really would recommend to update to this or any newer version!

I have not found a picture of this award, if someone can email me one I will attach it to this post. As far as I can remember, it's quite ugly (like the DXCC). Please also let me know if there's something wrong. I checked most of the entries, but this is quite complex.
