Log Size limit?

Post by ku3x »

On the page that shows my actual log, the bottom right hand corner shows the number on contacts I have in my log as well as the maximum log size of 5000 contacts.

So my question is, "can I up the 5000 limit to more contacts, like 10,000 contacts?"

By the way, "Fabulous job on the new software. " I am super impressed to say the least.

Welcome Barry

This can be changed.
Click on the padlock icon (it will turn red) and enter 10000,
Then click the icon again and it's ready.

Regards

Be careful setting this too high, consumes quite some cpu cycles.

Correct...I still do not see a reason to use more than 100.

What am I missing?

The padlock action is unnessary that a QSO delete security lock

Just click in the field that displays 5000 and change the number

You can change the default 5000 DISPLAY quantity in the program configuration menu

Nothing! 100 to 200 is perfectly adequate

Does changing the 5000 to zero remove any limit like in v1?

That is correct. Same behavior as V1.
