I am having a hard time getting the alert management to work. It did once but is not now.
Ideally I would like to get alerts for new ones DXCC spotted by NA.
I created an alert and under origin tab I selected NA for spotter continent.
Under by stats I selected NEW one. I am confused by the confirmation filter. I would assume you should be able to select new one and then set the filter to LOTW and not confirmed. But its an either or thing because as soon as I set the filter it deselects NEW one.
Have a couple new countries showing on the cluster but they are not setting my alarm which is enabled.

Hi Rich,
that's how I setup alerts. This way I get an alert if the spot is not confirmed on LoTW. Hope this helps

Thats not working for me either.
I even test spotted a country and it showed up as new country in cluster but no alert.

Re: Alert Managment.
Well it really depends on your Alert config. Can you share some screens ?

Re: Alert Managment.
I was able to replicate this. I am 100% sure it was working , not anymore.
I tried abt every possible combination but no Alerts, although I do see the simulated spots in the cluster (F8) window with red background color (New One).

Re: Alert Managment.
Here is one I created for CW. I labeled it New Countries. Screen Clips below.
Once created be sure to toggle it ON. I've forgotten to do that a number of times.

Re: Alert Managment.
KD0SV, i was also able to replicate your issue. Seems the Alert logic has difficulty when more than one criteria is set. In your case (thanks for the screen shots!) you have a By Stats set and an Origin set.
Here is a workaround. Eliminate the Origin criteria. I did and it is working for me. Also, you could filter your spots by NA spotters either at the Cluster level (preferred) or on the Cluster Filter tab and end up with the same results as two alert criteria.
We have more work to do on Alerts, including AND/OR logic.
Thanks for reporting.

Re: Alert Managment.
Hi,
I am having same issue here, and also with "Award" alerts, tested with IOTA and later with WWFF as I have posted before,
Let´s wait.
