One of the current options is Brother QL750.
Is that a mistake that should read Brother QL570 as in v1??
If I select the 750 option - I'm still presented with an A4 page for labels, whereas the QL series just defines label sizes, not labels per column/row?
Am I missing something here in the setup?

Hi Greg,
there are a lot of different printers so we cannot provide a layout for each of them
You can create your own printer + label format in the label creation page and this will be available for all new labels you will decide to print using that one.
Some layouts in V1 were created by us based on printers we were able to test, or added along the years with templates provided by users and shared through Log4OM updates, but this doesn't happened yet for V2
