LOTW USER

I thought I had this figured out but must not.

So it was my understanding that call signs showed up as LOTW in the cluster based on an upload in last year and the "LOTW USER" in the QSO box was based on my QRZ subscription lookup.

But this person is not a LOTW user.

He is also working as N5C this weekend and it shows up as LOTW even though it is not.
