TQSL database locked ?

I was trying to upload qsos on lotw but I get this error

Suggest you update tqsl to the latest version which I think is 2.5

Latest is 2.5.1 and configuration data V 11.9

I did the upgade but nothing changed
up to last week it was working.....
the log window message is maybe misleading. Is there any log I can send to you ?

I now have the same problem trying to upload 1600+ contacts
I downloaded the Tqsl 2.5.1
Any idea?
