How to export a ADIF file that I can filter QSO's By QSL sent??

Hi All

As per the title, I have updated all my QSL cards that I have received but not sent,

How can I not filter to show just QSL RX Via Bureau and QSL not sent??

I need this info as I want to use a third party to send my cards,

Can't see any filters that will do this in QSO Manager and there is no export option is QSL Manager,

As usual I spend 30 minutes looking to do something, I can't find it and I ask here, and then 2 minutes later I work out how to do it,
