Cluster wrong info

I am looking for some help beacuse I found a wrong information in cluster. I explain:
I never worked 9K (Kuwait) on 10 M CW as I show you down:

is it correct?...

I understand, if anybody answer my post, that all of you has a perfect Cluster information... isn´t it?...

Really extrange... I checked all settings ...

Could be something about band plans???...

Actually the green band visualization indicates that you have 40m CONFIRMED (any mode) with the country, by QSL and the green mode indicates you have CONFIRMED (CW) (any band)
So this QSO counts for DXCC CW and DXCC BAND

It's not showing the situation of that specific band (40M+CW+QSL RECEIVED)
Doing that is possible, as i have the info in the statistics, but i need to identify a "clear way" to indicate that situation.

Suggestions appreciated

Hello OMs,
It is correct that the 40M line in green is to confirm the DXCC in any Band, but it should not come out as I work and confirmed a Band that never had a QSO.
In the first example, with Kuwait, I have never worked on 10M CW and it appears in Green. It should appear as for example USA in the line below ... Worked but not confirmed with QSL.
In the second example, it says that I have it confirmed by being in Green on the right side but you can see how in the statistics I have only marked "QSL's" ...
As you can see in the first example, in some situations, it does well, but in others it confuses concepts.
