Log4OM don't work with Windows 10 and make a crash of UI

Today i have installed Log4OM 2 v.11.0.0 in my second pc for manage db, QSL, confirmation, web log, etc.
in my shack's pc it work fine and i wish to optimize day by day.
But in my general use Computer, it doesn't work.
The installation was complete and start LOG4OM but i cannot insert my personal data and move the windows of my pc.
To unlock my computer i did press CTRL+ALT+CANC to enter in task manager to force to close Log4OM.
What's the real problem?
This pc is newer.
this pc is a Intel Core I7 9700 CPU based and have 32 GB of RAM and it running Windows 10 Pro 64 bit.
We can explain the causes of my problem?

Hi Carmelo, using 10 Pro 64 since it comes out and never have had problems with Log4OM V1 nor with
V2. Maybe a broken Download ? Maybe not installed as administrator ?. On my end V1 has worked and V2 is
working perfectly with Win 10 Pro 64.
