Sending Spots

When I try to send a spot from log4om-2 It doesn't work.
When I try through Clusters it says that I must be registered to send spots. No spot sent.
I then go to the website GB7BAA which accepts me and presumably knows about me from the past.
When I send a spot from the website all works as it should.
log4om knows about me as does the cluster.
Could you please advise me what I must do (in half Syllables please) to get them to work together.

Use whatever call sign and password you use to login to the cluster elsewhere in the cluster setup in Log4OM

You must be logged into the cluster you are trying to send the spots to. Page 66 of the current User Guide ( 08/02/2021 - 12:49 PM ) is attached below.
