I wish I had an answer for you that would work. I don't understand how we can be using the same program, set up the same way, and get different results.

Have you tried setting Debug mode in help/log level then watching the real time log (Help/Realtime log) that should show what is happening with your set up that the rest of us cant emulate?

it's indeed very odd that this problem only occurs to me.
I have installed Log4OM v2 on 3 different computers and all 3 act the same.
I put logging in debug mode and viewed the log and then turned on Real-time log and watched it.
How can I check or where can I see that Country_user.xml is being used instead of Country.xml, I did't find anything in the Logfile.
