Award date filter logic

Hello Log4OM Team,

Maybe not an error but an inconsistant behaviour not only versus Log4OM 1.4
I noticed for the SOTA Awards (and potentially of others awards too) that the *to date* range filter for the enddate has a logical "less than" instead of the (expected) "equal or less" behaviour.

i.e. selecting today date will not show todays awards in the list.

The *from date* filter works as expected btw.
