V2 Wrong Frequency report to QRZ

Post by W5RDL »

V2.1.0.0 is reporting the wrong frequency in QRZ. When I log a contact on 75m 3.828 LSB it saves in the log4om log correctly but it's reported as 3.820 on QRZ. com log.
Myself and KG5ANO are having the same problem.

Rix,

Can you please establish a support ticket with attachments that will help ID what you have noted?
In V2 you can also go to Help/Open Log File and view all the actions taken by V2. You can scroll through there and maybe note any anomalies that will help dig into this.

I think you will find that it is QRZ rounding off the frequency we send the exact frequency as in the logbook!

Does this happen every time?

That is how QRZ.com Log works. Resolution set to kHz, won't show Hz.

That’s not how QRZ works because it works fine with version 1 of LOG4OM and is not working with version 2. I just went back to using version 1 till the problem is resolved.
