WV import problem?

It seems the import of the ADI file did not recognize West Virginia "WV" in V2 for LOTW

I have only two LOTW confirmations and these are since I converted to V2.
The ADI file clearly has dozens of LOTW validated WV contacts.

Others have experienced same from LOTW d/l's.
