LOTW TQSL 2.5.7 is pretty new.
Consider downgrading to 2.5.6 or 2.5.5 and try?

Mine just started to show this....anyone can tell me mor about..Im not an PC tech ...just averege user...
when exiting LOG4om and when it preforms uploading and shouting down it give me this (see attach)
LOG$OM foto
after confirm OK it procced and shows -see atachmnent LOG4OM_2
then program closes...
it not upload to clublog and LOTW in exit..as i have set on setting
have on my pc WIN10pro
is i5 4210u 1,70Ghz

Why is your TQSL in C:/Windows/Installer ??? A installed version has an own Folder like C:/Windows/TQSL or something
like that. Try to find out where the TQSL.exe (installed version) is placed at your PC and set the correct path to it in the
Log4OM settings. It´s not a Log4OM issue. It´s a user made issue.
By the way, to use TQSL you must be registered at the LotW and you must have an active certificate ....
