Hello
Via the menu "QSO Manager I want to export some QSOs that I have selected in a file in CSV format
I select some fields that interest me and especially the "iota_island_id" (or "iota") field AND the "state" field
and I export in CSV Field
I look at the file generated by Log4OM :
as you can see Log4OM ignores this field altogether
whereas the penultimate "STATE" field Log4OM does indeed create an empty field ;; when there is no data
obviously it shifts my entire database
thank you in advance if you can look at the problem

Re: Export CSV File
If there is no data in the record a CSV file should always include the separator for the empty field
Seems there could be a code issue will check

Re: Export CSV File
Hi
yes I detected this problem with the IOTA field but I did not check if it is happening with other fields,
I don't think so because in the first record (YU5FF) there is indeed an empty field generated for the STATE field which does not exist
For information if the IOTA field exists then Log4OM exports it well

Hello
Is it possible to know if this problem has been taken into account and if it will be corrected in a new version ?
Thanks and 73

Re: Export CSV File
As I said we will check the code and it's on our Mantis list of issues
If you need to know what has changed in a release check the release notes in Help/about/release notes
