I've updated to version 2.12 and now the download of FCC-Data is very slow.
My internet speed tool shows 20-25kb/s (but it could be 5MB/s or more...). The file wich is downloaded by LOG4OM2 is: 'c:\Users\xxx\AppData\Roaming\Log4OM2\temp\fcc.zip.tmp'.
The point is, if I close LOG4OM2 the download continues and prevents LOG4OM2 from shutting down. But I cant wait about 2 hours if i want to shutdown the computer...
I don't know if the problem is LOG4OM2 or the server wich is hosting the FCC-Database. It would be nice if LOG4OM2 stop the download at shutdown and continue if its start again.

I just tried the FCC update and its taking about 17 seconds here

so, tested again - same issue.
I've attached the logfile. Now, 17:07 UTC the program is still running, download rate is about 25k/s. And the temporary file what i mentioned above have a size of 85MB.
As you can see inside the log, I've give the shutdown at 16:05 UTC. The message at the end related to omnirig is a problem with my CAT-Interface, nothing to do with the fcc-download. But it shows, that the program is running...
Should (and can) I downgrade to v2.11 and try again? I've no idea at the moment what to do.

What happens if you use the Omnirig version 1.19 original instead of the Swiss version that is not supported by Log4OM?

Sry for late answer - I was unable to attend for some reasons.
I've not tried this - but the swiss version is running good...
The demon was a switch in my local network wich doesn't work from time to time. It wasn't so easy to determine the failure..
