i'm using a ft891 and if i try to send a qso report to the cluster; the box shows me the frequency of vfo 2 instead of the correct one of vfo 1

Because you are in split mode - see your screen shot

No it´s not in Log4OM. Log4OM don´t use an own CAT interface so it´s a problem with the Omnirig
file for your transceiver where you have to change the CAT Key´s for Split on or Split off.
The Omnirig .ini files can be editet by user with a simple and free editor like Notepad++
If you use Hamlib instead of Omnirig i have no idea it´s changeable or not. Never worked with
Hamlib.
