LoTW upload error

Post by WB8AM »

Hi there all, I'm trying to upload to LoTW from QSL Manager. But, I'm running into an error that says:

"ERROR: Creating folder Access to the path 'c:\Users\home\AppData\Roaming\Log4OM2\temp' is denied.
LOTW END"

Thoughts?

Thanks,
Brian WB8AM

Seems like windows security issues or perhaps the folder is set to read only

Ohh, I see what's happening. I made a change to the user from "home" to "brian" and therefore the path is invalid. Question now is where can I change that path? I've looked in the settings window and didn't see anything jump out at me.

Thanks,
Brian

Log4OM in the Settings menu hit configuration. In the configuration hit "External services" and in the
External services open the TAB LotW. There you can cange the link to the temp folder.

No problem ... enjoy Log4OM and tell your friends about it. And about the support for a free software ... ;) ;)
