Problem updating confirmations

Hello,
Since the Log4OM v2.21.0.0 update I have a problem with QSO confirmations.
My setup:
Log4om 2.21.0.0
win10
As you can see on the screenshot.
I transmit all my eQSL, Lotw, Clublog, HamQTH confirmations via QSL Manager utility everything is well confirmed.
But if I edit a QSO, here CX1DA, in the QSL info tab, the data is not up to date and the small window on the right does not contain any data on contact confirmations while I transmitted via QSL Manager.
All this works with the old version 2.20.0.0, it seems that the confirmation information sent with this old version 2.20.0.0, does not appear when I edit an old QSO.
I would like to know if the problem is with me, because I simply updated to version 2.21.0.0 without touching any settings, as I have been using Log4OM for a few years.

I've been trying to replicate the issues you noted in your post. I am also using the same version of L4OM that you are.

So far I can't replicate your problem.

I reinstalled version 2.20.0.0, as you can see on the screenshot everything is correct

Tnx much. Dunno what is up with that, however I've seen where Lele is working with another OM regarding cluster display colors.

I can't say if related or not, but will make sure he is aware of this ... just in case.

One more question ... Are you using one monitor or do you spread your various open window/panels out across multiple monitors?

Hi Nolan,
I use a single monitor on my PC.
I work with 2 independent PCs, one with win 8.1 the other with win10 (v21H2) and Log4OM.
Only the SQLite database is common on my Dropbox.
I have the same problem on both PCs with v2.21.00, everything works fine when I go back to the old version 2.20.0.0.
Everything works well until this new version 2.21.0.0.
I have been using Log4OM since the first versions without major incidents.

Tnx. I was just curious as sometimes we've noted with multiple monitors some strange things can happen.

Here is a suggestion from one of the Developers:

- Make a backup
- Uninstall
- Rename the config.json file located under: appdata/roaming/log4om2/user
- Reinstall Log4OM
- Take the config.json file you renamed and restore to the folder noted above after the reinstallation

It is possible something has happened with the new installation and seems to be focused on video display issues. We've not heard about this (specifically) and so far from other OMs so tend to think there is a video display/driver issue with your local machine(s).

Look into video display settings and/or firewall control issues as well.
