RX QRG on 3cm for QO-100

Hello
I use Log4OM2 for QO-100 QSO logging. Usually I have to set the RX Freq. to 0.000 and block it. Then I have to set the RX Band to 3cm and block it. Would it be possible to enter an offset for 10 GHz on the RX Freq. ? I am working with the Yaesu FT-857 on 432.700 simplex. Now it would be nice if I could define an offset for the TX QRG for 13cm (e.g. 2400.200) and another offset for 3cm (e.g 10489.700).
Then the 13cm QRG and also the 3cm QRG could be uploaded to LotW also.
