Companion Program to set Clock on Icom Transceivers

If you have an Icom IC-7300 like me you might have encountered the clock issue, where the current time is lost when power is turned off. I solved this issue by writing a little program that set's the time, date and utc offset whenever I start Log4OM (Configuration -> Software Configuration -> Auto Start). It interfaces with the radio through OmniRig so there is no need for exclusive access of the COM port.
