How to use LOTW, eQSL, and others

Hi,

I am back to HAM after away from 21 years, and somethings is new for me.

In the past (90s), I used 4 callsigns: PU2RKM, PY2RKM and Special Callsigns ZV2WZV and ZY2RK. Now, I am PY2REY.

Then, I dont know how is the better mode to use the LOG4OM.

Should I create only 1 database, with all QSOs (all callsigns), with Operator Callsign... or one database per Callsign?

Now, Ia am using only one database for all callsigns, but I dont know how the better way to download the confirmations from LOTW, eQSL, etc. Sometimes works, sometimes no.... then I need download an ADIF file from site, and import to LOG4OM.

Sorry, for this... but is all new for me, this HAM technology and I am having some dificults to learn about.
