Has this worked in the past or have you never tried it before?

Exactly what steps are you taking to download the eqsl's

I am surprised you are having this problem because its not a problem that others have reported and having loaded a version of 2.8 its working faultlessly for me.

Hi Terry,
First time I am using this function. It has been a struggle. I use QSL Management tab then try and select the dates on the screen as I think appropriate and then hit the download button. The resultant text scrolls and tells me there is a contact recorded on eqsl but when I close that screen down, I don't see anything recorded in my log. There doesn't appear to be a tab to hit to update the log, save the download or even close the pop up screen. So I am guessing and using trial and error at this stage.

Are you waiting for the message that says the operation is completed before you close the download window?

In Help/Log level set TRACE mode
Attempt another eqsl download and then send me the log file from the help menu - BY EMAIL TO THE ADDRESS SHOWN ON QRZ _ DO NOT POST THE LOG FILE HERE
