That´s the confirmations where you have payed for to the LotW that they count for an award.
By the way you have applied a DXCC 100 so you have to pay for this 100 cards. Now they are
should marked as "Credited" or formerly "Granted" i think. That means if you apply for a DXCC
150 you have to pay only for the 50 new ones and not for the 100 again where you have payed
for the DXCC 100.
