V2.19 Question / Suggestion

[NEW] New option in LOTW download to add QSO received from LOTW but missing/not found in your log (new check box in the user interface).
So this new feature caught my attention. I've tried searching the latest manual for LOG4OM, but I'm unable to find out where this feature was added and how to activate it. The download screen does have an "Enable Update" option, but again, searching for this found nothing.
SUGGESTION: When a new feature is added, please include the page # where this feature was added to the operating manual, in the announcement of the new features. This would save a lot of searching and probably less questions, like mine.
