I Cannot get Winkeyer to work

PLEASE NOTE
Winkeyer is a hardware unit designed by K1EL https://www.hamcrafters2.com/ there are also other derivatives.
To use the Winkeyer support in Log4OM the user MUST have a Winkeyer hardware unit connected between the PC and the Radio.
Alternatively use a Winkeyer port emulation software similar to that provided by FlexRadio, if using a Winkeyer Port emulator please consult the relevant user guide.
