QSO date separated from QSO time

Dare to ask: any progress in that subject, please?

Please note, it is __NOT__ just wishfull thinking,
as in not long ago been receiving attemps asking
for QSO confirmation by posing it really happened.

Having all necessary details available on WEB site
it's childish task to create QSO, fake QSO...

It's like: "I have your coat, so what? What will you do to me?"
