Hello,
I am missing a lot of QSOs in my Awards statistics. I tried to clean and rebuild, but the operation did not help... What would be the issue?
Below is an example with 160 m, station D4C, shows the reference, but not listed in the DXCC award statistics...

Try to use the Maintenance Tab and rescan the references ...

KC8P already stated that he did that " I tried to clean and rebuild, but the operation did not help"

Does Cape Verde show in the statistics view as worked on 160?
Did you try exporting an ADIF of your database and reimporting it into a new database using the choice 1. 'Apply quality check corrections'?
Can you post an ADIF export of just that single 160m QSO so that we can see the content?

Thanks, Terry!
A1. Yes, it is visible as worked.
A2. No, I did not try this option yet...

Re: Awards - missing QSOs
Please try idea 2 using a new empty database and if that does not work email me a complete ADIF file

Re: Awards - missing QSOs
Fresh created DB, imported with option 2, still the same issue. Email sent.
Re: Awards - missing QSOs
Hi Mariusz,
Thanks for the ADIF. This is quite strange. I imported the ADIF and looked at the log entry - everything’s looks fine. I next clicked on View -> Award Status and selected DXCC (with no further predefined config) and was able to see your 160m contact. I next selected 160M as you did - not visible anymore. I next checked MIXED and PHONE, nothing. I then did not select anything in the predefined config again - it’s back in the list.
Can you please verify your log if you can see the same behaviour? Go to Award Status, select DXCC but nothing else - can you see all your award entries including the 160m D4 contact?
Next, leave predefined config empty, click on the Award filters tab, check the 160m checkbox under valid bands and click the refresh button. Can you see the entry now (I could)?
Please let me know.
Thanks and 73
Claus

Re: Awards - missing QSOs
Claus, thanks for testing it!
I can confirm the behavior! It works, but only with DXCC, but nothing else's selected. Any additional filters messing it up! Now my "Confirmed" are the same with Clublog. This is a bug...

Re: Awards - missing QSOs
Hi Mariusz,
Thanks for your confirmation. I will run some tests over the weekend to verify if this really is a bug or related to the DXCC award configuration (which would be something I could fix). Otherwise, I will open a bug.
