Hello everyone,
I am interested in the Ukrainian District Award( URDA).
So I tried to find a CSV file but I couldn't find anything.
However, I found a list in Pdf format which I converted into CSV.
I have a problem because even if the loading of the CSV file is done without any problem, when I want to encode a reference, a lot of references are missing (e.g.: The SH district has several references but the system only offers one or two).
So I certainly have a problem of nomenclature/structure in the CSV file.
If any of you have any leads or can tell me what the correct structure of a CSV file should be to create an award.
I have attached the file I created .

Hi Fred,
I have moved your post under v2 Award Support.
I checked the attached CSV file, and found some problems. Can you please provide the link to the original PDF file you mentioned? I want to check if it would be easier to use the PDF or your Excel file to proceed. I will then create this award and will provide some details how I did it afterwards (for the next one you want to build).

Re: CSV file structure for Award manager
Good evening Claus,
Thank you for your reaction and for moving the post ( I think I did post it in the wrong place ).
I also use Apple Mac and from this site, I have the possibility to make a PDF export.
http://www.uarl.com.ua/urda/files/listeng.htm
It is very kind of you to proceed with the tests and the creation of the award.
I am curious to get your feedback on the subject, especially as I would like to do it on my own (I have a lot of diplomas to create).
If I can do this, I can submit the CSV files for approval and share them with other users.

Hi Fred,
Thanks for your prompt reply. Please give me a few days to go through it, 761 entries mean a lot of work and I'm quite busy this weekend.

Hi Fred,
Just for my understanding
СH-01 18000 - 18499 Cherkasy, Prydniprovs'kyi district
"CH-01" is the reference number
"18000-18499" is the ZIP code
"Cherkasy, Prydniprovs'kyi district" is the description
