Hi Dan,
Can you please first try to update the RAC award and give it another try? After updating the award, double-click the VE9GC QSO, go to the Award Refs. tab, select the RAC award in the Award dropdown and double-click on the NEWBRUNSWICK entry under references. You should see the RAC@NEWBRUNSWICK entry in the left lower window. Save the QSO (green check) and verify again your award status.
