I have no idea what you have done because you do not explain the events leading up to the loss of your QSO''s
However, providing you have not deleted the file, if you do a search in windows explorer for all files that have the extension SQLite by entering *.SQLite (Star dot SQLite) you should still have your database file named something like KA5MWB.SQLite or My Logbook.SQLite, depends what you called it when you created the file.
Once you know where the file is and what its called then in Log4OM go to File/Open Database and select the file you found and all should be back to normal
