Contest Mode

Hi...
Tomorrow I would like to participate in CQ WW SSB. Normally I work with N1MM and when I finish the Contest, I upload this log to Log4Om to import all QSO to my EA5IDQ QRZ (I work every time with my daily QRZ).
If I enable Conterst mode, I can find this contest, but... How I can know if I work as Single operator non assited ???... Or another cathegory? ... When I export to .adif (to send to Control Comitte) all information are good ?... Could I know how many points I have during contest?
I want to use our Log becasue I can find whick Dxcc´s I need to work as a new one or a new mode...
