I have downloaded the latest release, when I install this do I have to start again and input all my settings again.

No just ensure that you do a backup first in case of accidents.

Then install to 'Run as an administrator' by right clicking on the logom exe file (Installer) and selecting 'Run as an administrator' from the resulting menu

I am still on version 1.38 because of the difficulty in installing to the latest release. I have tried running as administrator and it requires me to enter all my details again (which is what I have had to do all along). Now, do I install to a new directory or do I over- write my existing directory.
(it would be so much easier if there was an update option in the program menus).
