Trouble with cluster connection

I was able to use clusters yesterdays, and have had a few issue getting everything to work as I think it should however I can't seem to connect today. No matter which cluster I pull from the drop down box I get a message that the call sign is invalid and it lists the call sign as SA/MG or something like that.

Check the log file (help/show log) that should show what's happening

My guess would be that you either did not install Log4OM correctly as on page 1 of the quick start guide and page 9 of the user guide or your firewall, virus software or malware protection is blocking communication with the internet.
