Hi Claud,

This is not a problem we have had in the past so I can only assume that a file has become corrupt perhaps due to a bad download or install of the program, therefore my best advice is.

1. Download the latest release again.
2. Remove the existing installation using the uninstaller provided
3. Install the program but make sure that your firewall is temporarily turned off and that no other program's are running.
4. Follow the instructions in the user manual for setting administrator privileges.
5. Restart the program.

By the way it is helpfull if you tell us what version of Windows you are using because this avoids us giving you incorrect instructions!

A more detailed description would help me!

"Help not connecting" is what?

1. Not connecting to the rig
2. Not connecting to the Internet
3. The help files are not connecting to download the user guide
4. The cluster is not connecting
5. PSTRotator is not connecting
6. One of the online logs like HRDLog.net is not connecting
7. The communicator is not connecting

The list is endless!

If you have created a new database then try File/Open database then navigate to where your ?.sqlite file is and click Open

Something like C:\Users\YOUR USER NAME\Documents\??????.Sqlite

If you have not created a new database then do so and it will appear at the bottom right corner of the screen
