I loaded the prior version of Log4OM, version 1.24, and everything works normally.....so far. It required administrative permissions to load. Bob WU6C

I submitted the Log4OM 1.25 install file, as well as the .exe files in the Log4OM folder, to virustotal.com. They all came up clean.

directly delete windows defender log4om.exe archive, im download LOG4OM 1.24 and no problem.

There is a similar thread on "Software Discussions". Might be a harmless false positive but...

Has anyone just accepted the alert and installed 1.25 anyway? Any alarms from other Malware Detection software?

I replaced Windows Defender with F-Secure this morning. Installed Log4OM with no issues. Seems to be working OK, no alarms.
