Updated Omni Rig file for IC-910

Hi Terry and all,
Another big thumbs up for this program..I still find little things that it does - so well done!
Just wondering whether anyone has an updated OmniRig.Ini file for the IC-9100 that fixes the CW and CW-R issue. I see in much older posts that there may have been some written. I have actually edited a 9100 file and have fixed that issue for myself but thought someone may have written a more up to date file. And also whether someone has written a file that allows both VFO's to be displayed on the screen.
