Can't connect to the Cat Interface

I've been using this program since it first came out and was working flawlessly till I installed Windows 10. Now I can still use the program but the Cat Interface does not connect to the PC.

Make sure that you have both Log4OM and OmniRig set to run as "Administrator". Of course that is assuming you are using OmniRig.

No luck, I have Log4OM good for the Firewall but OmniRig does not show on the list

No! you need to download and install Omnirig and then read our user guide to see how to set it up!

The user guide and the 20 plus instructional YouTube videos that I produced cover everything you need to know, please study them!

I did not see anyone ask, but what interface are you using. and are you using a serial to usb adapter?? windows does not play well with some versions of the pl2303 usb device...

Yes I'm using serial to USB adapter on both of my radios, I have a ICON IC 746Pro and a Ten-Tec 588 Omni VII.

Till 3 days ago I was able to connect thru the usb interface the cat of my TS_590S to the pc using Omnirig
From to day this is impossible, for me, to do that either with omnirig and Hamlib.
I don't modified any value of setup and radio, bun now no comunication...
S.O. WINDOWS 10, last realase and pc is a HP and pc is a portable Pavilion dv6 with AMD Phenom(tm) II P960 Quad-Core Processor about 6 years old.

After numerous tests I was able to make the radio visible to Log4om but only with Hamlib.
I also use HRD v.5.24.0.38 and I have no CAT problems.
Even the ARCP-590 works well.
Instead Omnirig does not work and I do not know if it will be up to date.
From your answer I can think that other OM have this problem and probably will not be solved.
