My personal way for contests is to use a contest logger which can handle this. After contest
i exporting ADIF and importing it to L4O. O.k. i have manually check for uploads to eQSL, Clublog
and other logs but a real contest logger gives you the feature to handle files like .stf .cab
or something else. For me Log4OM is a great logging software but not a software for contesting.
