Unlisted Country for Prefix - can we fix it locally until supported?

I notice that 5K0T on San Andres Island is showing up in cluster spots with no country, and therefore being indicated as "new country" in the color coding. Is it possible to update the country file locally with the information until the K7PT sourced file is updated? DX4WIN, for one example, allowed users to override the country with an "exception" and fix the local country database. I don't see it listed in the manual. Thanks in advance!
