QSO Information taking a long time to fill

Post by VE6EFR »

When I enter a call sign, it can take 30 seconds to a minute before it shows me previous contacts with the same call. It used to not take this long. I uninstalled the program, then reinstalled but same results.

Any suggestions on what the problem may be?

It may not be the lookup of previous contacts slowing things down it could be an on line look up, check the Log4OM log file to define where the delay is - Help/Show log

Ah, that may be it. I just checked the log file and it appears to have been a delay from hamqth.com. I changed it to QRZ with my login information and will see if that corrects the problem.

Thank you for the help,

Jeff

Hi Jeff,

normally hamqth is one of the quickest. Could be possible that some work on the servers makes this
problems. Meanwhile hamqth is back on full service and at my side (slow internet) all is working fine.

On my side qrz.com needs more time then hamqth ... ;) ;)
