Display operator Name of previous QSO s

Post by DJ9UN »

First of all the software is great
Being on air and logging we all contact station more than once and sometimes it’s after years. Good to see this in the table QSO Information F7. What is missing in my view is the name of the operator.
Thank you

Alain,

The short answer is yes you can have multiple databases for different call signs or activities like /P, /M, /MM

However because Log4OM has a very powerfull search and select facility it is possible to have all of the QSO's in one database. I for example have QSO's from my old call sign and also some special event calls I have run together with my /P operations.

The critical thing is that each QSO must have the ADIF fields: Owner call sign, Operator Call sign and Station call sign completed, because it is on these fields we search for things like QSL label printing,Eqsl and LOTW QSO submissions.

Try watching some of the 21 Log4OM YouTube tutorials and also consider using different profiles/configurations for each cal sign, details are well covered in the user guide.
