Error v.1.30 and 1.31

I point out that from the 1.30 version, the qsl imported regularly by LOTW originate an error, in the sense that in the County and State field appears twice the name of the State and twice that of the American County. (Eg: County: IL, WILL // WILL State / Prefecture IL // Illinois). To better clarify, I join a screen. The above is quite important because when importing into other software (eg: County Hunting of IK6CAC involves the emission of error codes resulting in the impossibility of knowing the exact number of counties worked or confirmed). I already had with a previous note, requested the possibility of numbering the QSOs performed in Awards Others.
Please note that this does not happen with previous versions (1.29 and 1.28).
