Deleted DDFM award, restore?

In the awards manager I have accidentally pressed delete for the DDFM award
can it be restored? If not how can I add DDFM award again?
I assume my record has also been deleted?

Unless you have deleted the QSO's or cleared the award data for each QSO you will not have lost the information.

In the awards manager File/Import the attached file - UNZIP IT FIRST
