Log4OM on import uses "historic data", checking the start/end date of the country to match callsigns in the correct country that existed when the qso was made.
You can import and see YUGOSLAVIA, as example, even if the country doesn't exist anymore, if the QSO matches the date range (and the prefixes) used in Yugo when was an active country.
As far as i can see Chuck the Boss has fixed something in the country file, so update it

The Euro Russian call signs are difficult to manage as they keep coming up with special ones. In the case of RD4, this is not in the standard Euro Russian assignments but have allowed WW2 veteran hams to use them. So, I deal with them on a one-on-one basis as I see them.
The country file (Oct 23, 2013) now has the European Russia string defined as R(A through Z) (1-4) to assist with this situation. This is in addition to the standard call strings.
