FT8 QSOs not showing in Statistics and Awards

I'm checking my needed states in FT8 mode. Looking at 20M. under WAS, it says I have only worked 6 states. I know that in 20M, I have worked all 50. It is similar in other HF bands. Suggestions please.

Are you certain the QSO's actually contain a state name in the state fields or are they recorded in comments or somewhere else

I assume that you selected the 'WAS-Mixed' award and not just what it defaults to WAS 160?

Terry....

Bingo, you have hit on the problem again, I hope an easy solution can be found.
I have relocated to Florida and am putting my station back together. I noticed on my LOG4OM QSO total, it was about 6k. It should have been over 9K QSOs. I imported a backup ADIF. but got "Unique constraint" errors for the last 3000 QSO's. Another backup had the same result. Where to find another backup? I went to Clublog. I was able to download my QSOs from them and combine them with my existing log. However Clublog has no interest in US states so they drop it from my uploads to them. So from Jan 30, 20007 onwards, US contacts have no states attached to them. I have made a few contacts from my new QTH and the logging is correct. This also affects WSJT alert which uses my log to ckeck B4 status. How can I modify 3000 QSOS to enter their states without doing it manually, one by one?

Use the archive manager search parameters to select:...

DXCC equal to 291
Mode equal to FT8 or whatever mode you want
Band equal to whatever you want

Once you have this refined list select them all and click the UPDATE button, log4om will check each QSO selected against QRZ and fill in any missing information including the state

Go have lunch while you do that because it will take a long time

Unique constraints means you have dupes in your log, probably old things.

Constraints check
CALL
DATE
TIME ON
BAND
MODE

If all those matches, the QSO is the same and will be discarded.
Check one of the discarded, you will probably find a valid QSO loaded in your log.

Thank you Daniele. Yes I had those errors, but I was also missing about 2000 QSOs. I tried to use 2 different backups from log4om, they all gave me the same errors. Importing my log and filling in the US States solved the problem. I’m really thankful that you put in that feature.
