Uploading QRZ Log Book to Log4OM Database

How do I upload an existing log book/database from QRZ to my newly created data base on Log4OM.

You need to export an ADIF file from the QRZ web site and then import it into Log4om (file/import adif)
Please be aware that only very basic QSO data is exported from QRZ so some information may be missing.
