Is it possible to re-arrange the column headings in the main cluster display? I don't want to change them, I just want to move, in particular, the "Reporter" heading so that I can read it without having to pan right. I've searched high and low in the forums, the user manual and online, but can't find what I want.

Not in version 1.0 but you will be able to rearange, choose, size and select fonts in version 2.0
