I usually don't post on forums but I'm out of ideas. Probably a id10t problem on my end but here I go. Just bought a new computer because my hard drive burned up. I installed log4om and all seemed to work OK. AS I was testing JT Alert with the communicator by logging a few QSOs. the communicator bogged down and was not responding to any commands or closing out. I started log4om and try to start the communicator back up it said I still had instances still running on the communicator. but I show no communicator running on the task window or manager. The only way to close it is to restart the computer. and when I try to open it now it takes 15 to 20 min. to open. everything else on log4om works great. I'm just having major issues with the communicator running and have reset all to default and re entered my info but no go.

My guess is that you did not install ALL software associated with and including Log4om to "Run as an administrator" as detailed in page 1 of our quick start guide
